How to use
STEP 1: Apply along the arch beneath your brow, as well as above the arch-to-tail area.
STEP 2: Blend the highlighter below the brow towards the eyelid using our Dual Blending Brush.
STEP 3: Blend the highlighter above the arch down towards the tail of the brow.
